Pilates Resistance Bands
Pilates resistance bands are a great tool for new and eager Pilates practitioners to get into the groove and get used to the resistance exercises that are common place within Pilates more quickly. Basically, if you’re unfamiliar with what the resistance bands actually are, is that they’re exactly that – resistance bands – that are placed over different parts of the body.
Ideally, you’d want to do a single set of eight to ten reps on each of the resistance band exercises. If you’re just starting out then you’d want to do these with no weight whatsoever and also make sure you rest adequately in between workouts.
